Job Overview

We are a well established POS manufacturer, seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various design software and have a keen eye for detail. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality prints on a variety of materials while collaborating with our design team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities

Expose silk screens to the required artwork for the desired project Select and or mix the required ink depending on the pantone reference required Interpret technical drawings and select the best methods to complete the print in a timely efficient manner Set up multiple parts and jig different components as required Conduct self-inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets all CTQ (Critical to Quality) standards Perform daily maintenance and operational checks on print beds Adhere to all health & safety and operational procedures on the shop floor

Requirements

Having a minimum of 2 years hands on experience within the silk printing industry Proficiency in the use of both manual and semi-automatic printing machines Ability to read and understand detailed technical drawings, artwork drawings and alignment Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve any issues with production Strong understanding and knowledge of Pantone references Fluent in English (both spoken and written) with good numeracy and IT skills Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing learning and development Positive, proactive attitude and a strong team player
This role requirement is Monday - Friday on a day shift pattern. Overtime is paid at enhanced rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
