Garment Screen Printer - Full-Time

Job Details:

Location: Rugby, CV21 2NP

Hours: 35 hours/week

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-2pm

Salary: Competitive, based on experience, starting 25K

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Garment Screen Printer to join our production team. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a creative environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Main Responsibilities:

Set up and assist with daily screen printing jobs, using our ROQ Auto Press. Maintain equipment/consumables and ensure workspace cleanliness and organisation Support other team members with different production types, including Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing when required Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and/or deadlines.
Requirements:

Some experience in screen printing is beneficial, but not essential -- training will be provided Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work in a fast paced environment, communicating well with team leads and other departments Willingness to learn, continuously improve your knowledge/skillset and support across different production areas
