We are looking for talented Systems Engineers to join the team. As a system engineer, you will be a part of a world-class team of engineers & designers that are passionate about building ground-breaking, lovable products.

This is an opportunity to enter a dynamic and challenging world of developing simulators and gaming systems for military and civilian use, to play a significant role at the cutting edge of technology, to lead in a challenging environment where a variety of training and simulation systems are developed. To design and define the products of the future.

What will you be doing:

As a Systems Engineer you will be:

Analyse the end-users training needs, from requirements and operational literature, working together with subject matter experts (SMEs).

Write design and specification documents for the training systems - documents detailing the operation and functionality required based on which the system will be developed.

Share the development requirements to the various development domains - SW and HW engineering and testing

Conduct a consistent dialogue with the end-user, understanding his needs, desires and expectations from the system.

Lead the development processes from the kick-off stage to the delivery of the simulation system to the end-user.

Skills for success:

Demonstrable experience as a system engineer with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.

Experience with writing technical specifications and/or design architecture

Proficient in customer requirement analysis.

High level of accuracy and attention to details.

Desirable experience with one or more common working tools - IBM ELM Suite comprising Rhapsody, DOORs, TFS\\JIRA.
