Duties

Develop and implement lesson plans Create an engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies. Uphold school policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.

Requirements

A recognised teaching qualification or studying for one in the genre teaching Strong knowledge of vocal technique and effective teaching strategies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young people. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative in the classroom. Previous teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory; newly qualified teachers are encouraged to apply.
