Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and student goals Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a formal educational setting Experience working with children, including those with special educational needs, is highly desirable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage students and parents Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals
