Job Description

The applicant should have the ability to work independently and within a team, with patient experience at the heart of their delivery of care . There should be evidence of self-development and a clear plan for the applicants further development, along with the qualification to mentor students. When in charge the expectation is to lead, support and motivate your team to ensure high quality care is delivered. As a Sister/Charge Nurse you will need to line manage a team of health care professionals and deputize in the absence of the Ward Manager.
