Job Description

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller (Europe) with a dotted line to the Managing Director, you will own the site's P&L and balance sheet, manage day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure statutory compliance. You'll also play a key role in site governance, driving operational efficiency and process improvements.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations within the company.
• Full ownership of month-end reporting, variance analysis, and management accounts.
• Oversee GL postings, AP/AR, cash management, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insight to guide commercial decisions.
• Monitor and optimise margins in collaboration with Sales and Operations.
• Manage statutory filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Support stock management and working capital optimisation.

• Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, distribution, FMCG or logistics would be desirable.
• Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis, with ERP knowledge.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
