About the Role



We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced

Site Administrator

to join us on our multi-million-pound healthcare scheme at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. The successful candidate will assist and support the site team and help foster strong working relationships across the wider project and division.

Our Site Administrators are the backbone of our operations, providing dedicated administrative support and handling essential day-to-day tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the project. Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is key. This role is based full time on site.

The Administrator will:

Provide clerical support to the Project team (as required) including Contractual correspondence. Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems. Management and control of all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports. Prepare and maintain document templates and standards (inc Reports). Printing, copying and scanning of documentation as required (inc Handover info) Production and printing of reports and associated information for Meetings Updating all notice boards within the Site and Compound Invoice reconciliation (eg Goods Received) and submission to Accounts. Management of correspondence - incoming and outgoing (Post) Take and record messages accurately. Book and record travel arrangements for Site Staff. Facilitate meetings (both Internal and External).



Essential



Must have solid previous experience in a similar administrative role Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative Demonstrate strong communication skills An excellent telephone manner, with great interpersonal skills A valid driving licence and a willingness to travel to other sites occasionally, as required.



Desirable:



Knowledge and/or experience of the Construction Industry Experience of Document Management Systems
