We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced

Site Administrator

to join us on our multi-million-pound scheme in central Manchester. The successful candidate will assist and support the site team and seek to establish strong working relationships across the wider project and division.

Our Site Administrators, are the backbone of our operations, combining dedicated front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our site operations.



You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, while also supporting the project team with document control, correspondence, and general office duties. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.



Key Responsibilities:



The Administrator will:

Greet and sign in all visitors, ensuring site protocols are followed. Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately. Issue and manage visitor passes and PPE. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Update notice boards within the site compound. Provide clerical support to the Project team (as required), including contractual correspondence Prepare and maintain document templates and standards Print, copy, and scan documentation as required Produce and print reports and associated information for meetings Reconcile invoices (e.g., goods received) and submit to Accounts Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (post) Book and record travel arrangements for site staff Facilitate meetings (both internal and external)



Essential



Demonstrate previous experience of working in a fast-paced Administrator role Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite

- Demonstrate ability to work on own initiative - Demonstrate strong communication skills - An excellent telephone manner, with great interpersonal skills.



Desirable



Knowledge and/or experience of the Construction Industry
