Duties and Responsibilities
Organise and load parts onto the system accurately.
Label parts to maintain organisation and support production efficiency.
Complete parts administration in a timely and accurate manner.
Record stock information on the computer system.
Return unused parts promptly.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Assist the Estimator with administrative tasks, including taking images of vehicles.
Support Customer Service by answering calls and booking jobs.
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repair.
Liaise with subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Arrange courtesy cars for customers.
Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
Handle general administration tasks.
Be proactive in supporting all departments and personnel within the business.
