Location : Site based ( Barston - Solihull )


Salary : 26,000 - 28,000 DOE and benefits



An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Site Administrator to join our team in Solihull, playing a key role in the successful delivery of a newly secured 15 million project. This high-profile venture for one of our valued clients requires a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to support the seamless execution of operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As part of the project delivery team, you'll ensure smooth daily operations with a 'right first time' approach. This role offers both challenge and reward, requiring proactivity, strong organisation, and precision in meeting deadlines.

What's the role:



Maintenance of internal business works management systems Maintaining and updating information and records such as site registers, drawings etc. Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information. Document and revision control. Drawing and revision control Supporting and recording change control. Office management and general clerical duties Material receipt and recording Supporting the Operational team with day-to-day activities Building effective relationships with direct employees, sub-contractors and client companies Minute writing

What you'll need:



Ideally, we are looking for candidates that have worked within utilities or a similar industry Have exceptional organisation skills. Be able to work to tight deadlines and own initiative. Be competent using MS Office packages Always deliver excellent customer service
