Summary

We are seeking a skilled Site Agent to join our team in Hailsham, East Sussex. This role is crucial in overseeing project execution while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. As a Site Agent, you will play a key role in delivering projects that align with our commitment to sustainability and excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on site to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate project progress. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Managing the preparation of RAMS and other project documents. Manage site resources effectively to optimise productivity. Conduct regular site inspections and report on progress. Creating and managing programmes to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts. Liaise with clients to provide updates and address any concerns. Prepare documentation related to project activities and performance. Implement eco-friendly practices in line with company values.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role in civil engineering. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with eco-friendly construction practices is a plus. Relevant certifications in site management or civil engineering preferred.

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
