We have a fantastic opportunity for a Site Agent to join our United Utilities Water & Wastewater delivery framework delivering a range of strategic infrastructure and non-infrastucture schemes across the Northwest. As a construction delivery partner within AMP 7 for prestigious client United Utilities, you will play a vital part in the overall success of our busy framework and will be joining an established team that has a great reputation in the UK Construction industry.

Our United Utilities Water & wastewater delivery framework are currently responsible for delivering a range of technical engineering projects; with a recent focus on United Utilities Better Rivers Scheme, a \xc2\xa3230m investment programme at sites across the region, leading to 184km of improved waterways.

What you will be doing as our new Site Agent?

In the role of Site Agent your day to day will include:
  • Managing day to day site operations, carrying out regular inspections, and managing labour, plant, and materials
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with JN Bentley other H&S related policies and procedures
  • Assisting the commercial team with work relating to forecasts, reviews, and cost plans
  • Conducting review meetings and report on construction activities including budget, scheduling, personnel, and other resource requirements
  • Contributing to work planning, and briefing project teams, contractors, and suppliers
