Responsibilities will include:

Security - key holding, unlocking and locking up school buildings Health & Safety checks/record keeping Grounds maintenance Stock management General School maintenance/DIY Responding to help desk requests Working with external contractors Set up/set down of the site for Community Users Take payments as and when required Face to face customer service Management of booking system Telephone enquiries

We are seeking someone who is:

Highly efficient, energetic and able to work in a team Professional, approachable, proactive and a problem solver Experienced in grounds maintenance and DIY Professional, honest and have integrity Computer literate

Pay: 24,405.00-29,616.00 per year

Experience:

Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (preferred) DIY: 1 year (preferred)
