SITE CARETAKER-FACILITIES SUPERVISOR - REQUIRED ASAP

Full-time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Salary Grade: C-D Range 24,405 - 29,616

(Salary dependent on experience and level of responsibility)

We have a vacancy to appoint an experienced, energetic and physically fit Site Caretaker/Facilities Supervisor to join our team in this exciting and varied role.

The successful candidate will join a well-established and committed site team of 5 working to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the whole school site.

The working hours are on a two week shift rotation: Week One: early shift starting at 06:30,

Week Two: late shift finishing at 22:30, one Saturday shift per 4-week cycle.

Responsibilities will include:

Security - key holding, unlocking and locking up school buildings Health & Safety checks/record keeping

Grounds maintenance Stock management General School maintenance/DIY Responding to help desk requests Working with external contractors Set up/set down of the site for Community Users Take payments as and when required Face to face customer service Management of booking system Telephone enquiries

We are seeking someone who is:

Highly efficient, energetic and able to work in a team Professional, approachable, proactive and a problem solver Experienced in grounds maintenance and DIY Professional, honest and have integrity Computer literate
