As the GRAHAM business continues to grow and develop we are looking for an experienced Site Cleaner to assist the Building Team on various projects in Helensburgh. The successful candidate will have previous cleaning experience, be hardworking and reliable.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer service orientation, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our staff and clients.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitising surfaces. Ensure that all areas are kept tidy and organised, including offices, site cabins, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns. Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential. Holds Valid UK Security clearance or willing to obtain it. CSCS Card is desirable but not essential. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
