The Job Mission
This role supports construction and commissioning delivery at Hinkley Point C.
You'll lead interface activities between MEH construction and commissioning teams.
You'll ensure progress tracking, punchlist closure, and records handover are on track.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Track installation progress of systems against commissioning handover dates
Coordinate prioritisation of installation activities for critical systems with MEH Construction
Liaise with the MEH Records team to support LTQR completion and submission
Lead punchlist closure and commissioning open point resolution across teams
Represent your function in interface meetings and stakeholder engagements
Support the Completion and Handover Manager with reporting and technical issues
Identify risks to handover and work collaboratively to resolve blockers
Ensure all handover data and documentation aligns with project processes
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Relevant Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering qualification
Extensive understanding of commissioning procedures and system completions
Eligible for BPSS or higher-level Security Clearance
Experience managing construction delivery in a high-integrity environment
Familiar with lifetime quality records and structured handover processes
Proven ability to lead in multi-discipline and multicultural teams
Strong stakeholder communication and coordination experience

Professional accreditation in Project Management, Construction, or Engineering
Familiarity with commissioning open points and technical query resolution
Understanding of system and sub-system completion strategy
Experience mediating priorities between construction and commissioning
