About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised
Site Coordinator
to join our Installation Operations team at Sapphire. You'll be the key link between customers, installers, and our internal teams, ensuring the smooth coordination and successful delivery of site installation projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate on-site activities and ensure smooth communication with contractors and customers.
Monitor and report on project progress, site quality, and safety compliance.
Support and manage snagging, lifting supervision, and installation sequencing.
Ensure all site operations align with contract requirements, RAMS, and project plans.
Visit sites regularly to build relationships, assess performance, and provide guidance.
Support testing and inspection procedures on-site when required.
Maintain accurate records and report key metrics to the Site Operations Manager.
About You
You're a natural problem-solver, confident on-site, and capable of managing multiple moving parts. You bring a customer-first mindset, value teamwork, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Skills & Qualifications
Full UK Driving License (clean preferred)
Valid
CSCS card
CPCS Slinger/Signaller
or
CPCS Lift Supervisor
card
SSSTS
certification
Experience with cranes, lifting, and architectural metalwork (balconies/facades ideal)
Project/site coordination or management experience
Confident with Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Desirable Experience
5+ years in the construction industry (preferably in an envelope trade)
Experience working away from home (including EU travel)
