Opportunity at RRG Toyota Macclesfield - Site Co-ordinator

Annual salary 25,396.80

Working hours Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700 (No weekends)

Due to continued growth, RRG Toyota Macclesfield are seeking a Site Co-ordinator to join their team. We're looking for a tech-savvy individual who is comfortable working with computers, as the role involves tasks such as tracking vehicle chassis numbers, managing valet and delivery schedules, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Customer car park space management Compound space management which is based off site approx. half a mile away (An electric scooter will be provided for transfers to and from the compounds) Sales stock and customer vehicles to be rotated to maintain space outside the dealership Reporting to the Sales Manager but logistics assistance will be required by all departments
This position also offers an exciting opportunity for career growth. For the right candidate who demonstrates strong initiative and drive, this role could serve as a pathway into our Sales Department. A high-performing individual may be considered for a Trainee Sales Executive position in the future. Should that progression occur, we would ask that they assist in recruiting and training their replacement.
