Our BMW Dealership in Swindon is looking to recruit a Site Display Controller to organise the New and Used Car operations and ensure that all vehicles are prepared on time and to the standard required by the brand.


In this role, our Site Controller will work with our Site Display Supervisor and be responsible for organising and photographing the stock to create displays that support the sales team.


Key Responsibilities




As our Site Display Controller, you will be responsible for the presentation, organisation, and overall visual impact of all vehicles on display across the site. From arranging stock and updating promotional materials to coordinating photography and online advertising, you'll play a crucial part in maximising vehicle visibility and boosting customer engagement.


Working closely with the Sales team, you'll help create an inspiring retail environment that supports them in achieving their targets. This is an ideal development role for anyone looking to build a future within automotive sales, with a clear progression path into our Sales Trainee Programme. You'll gain hands-on experience in vehicle merchandising, customer preferences, and sales processes, giving you a solid foundation for a long-term career.


Essential Skills and Qualifications




Please note, a full UK driving licence is an essential requirement for this role. Experience in a customer facing role in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role. The successful candidate must be well organised, have good communication skills and be able to prioritise their workload with a keen eye for detail. A passion for cars, photography and getting things right the first time, would benefit applicants for this role as it requires a proactive and forward-thinking approach.
