What You'll Do
As our HR Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of our people strategy--translating business goals into impactful HR initiatives. You'll:
Partner with Global HR, Site Management Committee, and UK & Ireland HR to align people plans with business strategy
Guide leaders through performance, change, and organizational design
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence across Talent, ER, L&D, C&B, HRIS, and more
Champion employee experience, engagement, and continuous improvement
Key Focus Areas
Employee Relations
Advise on complex ER matters, ensuring compliance and best practice
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Support hiring and internal mobility
Lead and enhance the on-site onboarding experience
Learning & Development
Support design and deliver impactful learning solutions
Compensation & Benefits
Support annual reviews and ensure fair, benchmarked pay practices
HR Operations & Engagement
Drive process excellence, analyze HR metrics, and lead engagement initiatives
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Degree or equivalent HR experience
Strong project and stakeholder management
Track record in employee engagement
Expertise in complex employee relations
Experience in global, matrixed settings
Passion for people and progress
