Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at IP Builders Brickwork LTD. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position is vital to our mission of being the preferred contractor for our clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop detailed project plans and schedules. Utilize CAD software to create accurate drawings and schematics for construction projects. Conduct land surveying to assess site conditions and prepare reports for project planning. Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues that arise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Proficiency in CAD software; experience with Revit or MicroStation is a plus. Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong mathematical skills for calculations related to construction projects.

Pay: 32,000.00-40,000.00 per year
