As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Site Engineer in Construction to join our team. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for providing setting out and engineering controls duties on various sites ensuring work is carried out to the required quality standards. Responsibilities will include:

Reviewing and interpreting construction plans, designs, and specifications, and ensuring that they are followed. Understanding and ability to model Earthworks finding optimal project solutions. Setting out detailed works as per the contract drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis - roads, drains, plots, and foundations Undertaking topographical and 'as built' surveys Maintaining up to date site diaries, supported with photographic evidence where required Ensuring that quality control requirements are met and recorded Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Providing engineering support to ensure any technical problems are overcome Operating to and promoting a high standard of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance Working closely with the site team to ensure timely handover of works and quality records without outstanding defects
Applicants should have substantial site experience in a similar role supported by a HNC or equivalent in Construction and Civil Engineering. You will possess a sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and the use of project management software. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
