Overview

Allsports Construction and Maintenance is a market leader in the sports construction industry for over 20 years. We deliver high quality projects including synthetic pitches, multi-use games areas, running tracks and associated civil engineering and building works.

As part of our growth plans we are looking for keen, able and committed staff to help deliver projects mainly across Scotland but with some work in the rest of the UK.

As part of your duties you will be expected to travel to sites across Scotland and the UK providing direction to Allsports operatives and staff as well as subcontractors. You will also act as Allsports representative with clients and client representatives.

Duties

Implementing strategies as discussed with management. Setting out and surveying the site. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site. Ensure that the company quality procedures are maintained at all times. Seek to complete project on time and within budget. Management of subcontractors on site. Supporting the team, and any other site engineering duties as required.

Experience

The successful candidate will have:

Appropriate qualification in civil engineering or related subject - e.g. HND/C or Degree. Previous experience working as a Site Engineer with a civil engineering or sports contractor. Previous experience setting-out for groundworks projects. CAD or ground modelling knowledge is desirable but not essential. Valid CSCS card. Full UK driving licence.

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
