Site & Facilities Manager

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee a unique multi-building site. You'll ensure the buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained, manage a small team and contractors, and support events by coordinating setup and logistics.
What You'll Do:

  • Plan and deliver maintenance across buildings and outdoor spaces
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and lead fire safety drills
  • Manage contractors, caretakers, and cleaning staff
  • Respond to issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support events with setup, equipment, and facilities
About You:
  • 5+ years in facilities management or similar
  • Knowledge of maintenance (experience with listed or heritage buildings)
  • Strong Health & Safety understanding
  • Confident communicator, practical, and proactive
