We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and maintaining various metal components, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with Experience in architectural/ secondary/ structural metalwork preferred. Responsibilities
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to assemble components accurately.
Use hand tools, power tools,
Conduct routine inspections of fabricated parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes.
Cards/ industrial qualifications such as SSSTS, IPAF, PASMA, Slinger Banksman etc advantageous
Driving Licence preferred
Skills
Experience with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Strong understanding of metal work and.
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
Mechanical knowledge with the capacity to interpret engineering instructions.
