Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of Site Foreperson, managing site works for small and medium sized office fit-outs and refurbishment projects throughout the UK and Ireland, along with managing in house staff and subcontractors across several projects at any one time, ensuring works are completed within certain time frames and to the highest quality.
Responsibilities:
- Site management from initial setup through to completion and hand over
- Ensuring goods are delivered to site on time
- Coordinate tasks and schedules for workers on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure all works are being carried out in accordance with the drawings and specification, whilst monitoring the quality of materials used and workmanship on each project
- Managing Subcontractors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Awareness of the cost implications to help ensure each project is brought in on budget
- Knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of 2 years experience supervising / managing sites
