TSS Balustrade Centre supply and install premium quality glazed balustrade systems across the UK. We are looking to recruit a

Site Installer

to join our close-knit installation team.

This is a hands-on role working on commercial and residential sites nationwide. The role suits someone practical, solutions-focused, and confident communicating with site teams. You'll be trusted to think on your feet, solve issues as they arise on site, and maintain high standards of workmanship at all times.

Duties

Install glazed balustrade systems and associated components to a high standard Work on commercial and residential sites nationwide Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Read drawings and follow installation specifications Plan work on site and adapt sensibly when site conditions differ from drawings Communicate clearly with site teams, site managers, and customers to resolve issues and keep work progressing Identify and resolve on-site problems using practical judgement and initiative Work as part of a small team to complete installations on time Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment

Requirements

Valid

CSCS card required

Skilled Worker card preferred

) Previous site or installation experience preferred (balustrade or glazing experience advantageous but not essential) Practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to solve on-site issues independently Confident communicating with site teams and able to make sensible decisions when plans need adapting Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliable approach to work Full UK driving licence Professional attitude when representing the company on site

Working Hours & Travel

Hours:

Monday to Friday,

07:30 - 15:30

Nights away:

Required when working on nationwide projects, averaging

approximately one week per month

Accommodation and nightly allowance provided

for all nights away
