Join Our Team as a Site Labourer Driver

Are you a hands-on, practical person who enjoys working as part of a team? Do you want to make a difference in your community by helping keep homes safe, clean, and well-maintained? At Bolton at Home, we're looking for a committed and reliable Site Labourer Driver to support our trade teams across a range of maintenance and improvement projects.



In this essential role, you'll help ensure that materials, tools, and waste are safely transported, while also assisting with labouring tasks on-site. Your work will directly contribute to the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our customers, supporting our vision to provide quality housing and services.

Key Responsibilities

Transport materials, equipment, and waste between sites safely and efficiently. Assist trade operatives with a range of labouring duties, including digging, demolition, cleaning, and minor repairs. Carry out site clearances, clean void or occupied properties, and ensure safe disposal of debris and waste. Conduct vehicle checks and maintain safe driving and loading practices. Use handheld devices (PDAs) to receive and complete work orders as part of our mobile working system. Work collaboratively with other trades and communicate respectfully with customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

A full UK driving licence and experience operating vehicles safely in a work setting. Previous experience in a construction or maintenance environment. Understanding of health and safety, manual handling, and safe working practices. A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job. Ability to follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work respectfully in customers' homes.
