Job Description

The Mon Motors Group is a family run company that was established in 1971. Today we are one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England. The Group has main dealerships for Audi, CUPRA, Ford, SEAT, SKODA, Volvo and Volkswagen, along with a large used car operation and a number of multi-brand service centres, body shops and TPS (our trade parts division).

In this role you will:

Manage customer parking to ensure suitable vacant bays remain during working day liaise with service, positioning customer vehicles in readiness for collection General site parking, housekeeping Compound vehicles housekeeping Handle vehicle deliveries including vehicle condition check & report Internal vehicle movements (Mon truck), prepare vehicles Driving duties as directed from site, collecting parts, internal transfers, group support Site customer support, lifts, pick-ups, etc.
In order to be successful for this position you will:

Be organised professional and ideally have had experience in a similar role Have a clean driving licence is essential Be friendly and approachable Be passionate about delivering and exceptional customer experience
Role based onsite daily Monday to Friday from the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm
