As Site Maintenance Assistant, you will support the Site Manager in ensuring the school premises and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting daily security checks and managing alarms.
Carrying out cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance.
Supporting health and safety compliance across the site.
Assisting with room setups and site logistics.
Overseeing contractors and maintaining accurate records.
Supporting staff and visitors with site-related needs.
You will be resilient, hard-working, and able to work independently while being part of a cohesive team. Experience in building maintenance and knowledge of health and safety regulations are essential. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible, conscientious approach to your work.
