Loch Lomond is part of the Cove UK family, a holiday park perched at the banks of Loch Lomond itself, set within the heart of the picturesque Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

Key Responsibilities:

Role model the company values and behaviours at all times: Hospitality, Passion, Trustworthiness, Excellence, Stewardship, Kindness Mow lawns, trim hedges, and maintain flower beds and shrubbery to enhance park appearance Operate grounds maintenance machinery such as lawn mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely and efficiently Maintain footpaths, driveways, and communal outdoor areas, including litter picking and clearing debris Assist with seasonal planting, tree care, and landscaping projects Support the maintenance team with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor facilities Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Report any hazards, faults, or maintenance needs to the Grounds Supervisor or Facilities Manager promptly Support the team during special events or park preparations as required

Experience/Skills Required:

Previous groundskeeping or gardening experience preferred but not essential Ability to use and maintain grounds care equipment safely Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and a good team player Basic understanding of health and safety practices Flexible and willing to undertake training
