Salary: 26,000-30,000

A specialist lighting consultancy is seeking a Site Maintenance Technician & Workshop Assistant to join their team. The role is primarily workshop-based, assisting with assembly and goods in/out, with 1-2 days per week onsite for maintenance and installation work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with workshop assembly and management of incoming/outgoing goods.
Conduct onsite maintenance: repair light fixtures, replace fittings, and adjust control systems.
Support control system programming - training provided.
Drive a company van to onsite locations.
Maintain a professional, self-driven, and reliable approach while representing the company's values.
Requirements:
Lives locally to the office.
Full driving license.
Electrically competent, able to fault-find and carry out minor repairs on-site; ideally qualified.
Experience in commercial or onsite environments preferred.
IT/computer literate; willing to learn control system programming.
Flexible with working hours (time in lieu or give-and-take approach rather than overtime pay).
Responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic.
This is a hands-on role for a motivated individual who enjoys both workshop and onsite work, contributing to a highly skilled, independent team delivering bespoke lighting solutions.
