Driving Licence - Full

Computer Skills - Microsoft packages inc Word, Excel, Teams. Comfortable using bespoke software

Morgan and Bond Limited is a well established company based in the Midlands with over 200 employees and numerous office locations, the company has built up a large portfolio of clients and contracts in the social housing and responsive maintenance sectors. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Planned Construction Works Division. The role will focus on cyclical works, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programs, void refurbishments, and ensuring compliance.

Main Purpose



To plan and execute projects, safely and in the most cost-efficient process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities



Plan each project process, produce a critical path and fully understand the timing of each stage.

Ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget.

Resource Allocation - ensuring materials are ordered correctly and in time for works.

Employee and Subcontractor Management - allocating tasks to relevant site supervisors /operatives / subcontractors.

Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements.

Key Skills Required



You will need to be a proven Site Manager with experience of construction projects / refurbishment projects with kitchen and bathroom refurbishments being a key element.

Planning and Time Management - able to ensure that jobs are completed within set time frames.

Excellent communication and Customer Service skills- attending meetings, ensuring that all senior management are aware of the projects' progress.

Delegation and Motivation - be responsible for ensuring that tasks are delegated effectively. Motivate staff in a positive manner to build relationships, trust and a positive outlook.

Be able to solve problems with your existing construction knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 42,000.00 per year
