Job Description
SMSTS Site Manager (Finishing) required for to start Thursday 11th December on a new build housing project based in Birmingham B32 working up until XMAS and returning in January
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing teams of Sub-contractors
Working with and supporting Project Management
Liaising with client
Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.
Ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and any other problems that may arise
To be considered for the role you will need:
Relevant industry qualifications
Hold a valid SMSTS / First aid certification.
Experience of working on new build housing projects (Finishing)
Be Self-sufficient and motivated in approach.
Pay rate 250 per day
