Site Manager
Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding construction company based in Bradford who are looking to recruit an experienced site manager . The ideal candidate would be SMSTS trained, hold a first aid qualification and ideally skilled in an associated trade ie joinery or bricklaying.
The candidate will need previous experience in managing construction sites of the value between 100k and 4m
The candidate will hold a full UK Driving Licence and be flexible as we operate across the UK and staying away from home will be required from time to time.
The role will consist of managing the project on site from the start date until completion. The candidate will need to meet tight deadlines and will work closely with the office based contracts manager and quantity surveyor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 38,000.00-43,000.00 per year
