Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee construction projects on site. This role is vital in ensuring the successful delivery of our technical services projects, aligning with our commitment to quality and sustainability. You will need to have experience and qualifications in gas work or renewables.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project specifications.
Implement health and safety protocols across all site activities.
Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 to track progress and resources.
Supervise site staff and subcontractors, providing leadership and guidance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations.
Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
Resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in site management within the construction or technical services industry.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 project management software.
Excellent leadership and supervising skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields are preferred.
