This is a permanent, full-time position based in Burton upon Trent, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with flexibility required during peak periods. We offer a competitive salary based on skills and experience, along with a bonus.

Responsible for managing the and ensuring operations align with company culture, values, strategy, and budget.


Key tasks:




Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and service delivery Anticipate client needs and optimize resources for consistent service Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee daily site operations and resolve issues quickly Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Identify opportunities for revenue growth Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance Monitor and enhance health and safety standards Create a positive, inclusive workplace culture Coach and develop team members' skills Encourage innovation and continuous improvement




Profile

Extensive experience in 3PL logistics operations (fashion and e-commerce highly preferred) Proven ability to lead larger teams and manage temporary workforce Strong financial management skills (budgets and revenue) Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills Strategic thinker focused on operational excellence and improvement Health & Safety compliance expertise Ability to manage change and drive transformation Inspirational, resilient, and proactive leader Committed to personal and team development
