Job Description
Site manager - Carpenter
Location: West London (Southall)
Start: Immediate
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day
Rate: 250 - 275 per day (Negotiable depending on experience)
Role Requirements:
Strong understanding of trades interface
Excellent knowledge of Fire Door Regulations
Experience with carpentry snagging
Ability to manage site activities and coordinate trades effectively
Essential Certifications:
Valid CSCS
SMSTS or SSSTS
