The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to take full responsibility for a new development of

14 high-quality homes

near Cowes, Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a close-knit team on a prestigious new site from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all daily site operations to ensure the project is delivered

on time, on budget, and to the highest standards

. Manage subcontractors, trades, and suppliers effectively. Maintain health & safety compliance across all site activities. Coordinate site inspections and liaise with local authorities, building control, and the project management team. Monitor progress, quality, and costs while maintaining accurate site records and reporting. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment on-site.

About You

Proven experience managing new build residential construction projects. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Strong understanding of

Premier Guarantee (or similar) standards

, current building regulations, and site safety requirements. Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and people effectively. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certification preferred. Full UK driving licence.
