Job Description

WPS are seeking an experienced

Site Manager

to oversee planned kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works in

occupied social housing properties

across Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team delivering high-quality improvements that make a real difference to residents' homes.


?? Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations for planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to specification. Maintain strong communication with tenants, ensuring minimal disruption and excellent customer service. Monitor health and safety compliance and carry out site inspections. Liaise with the wider project team to report progress and resolve issues.

? Requirements:

Proven experience managing

planned works in social housing

, specifically kitchens and bathrooms. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and tenant liaison abilities. SMSTS or SSSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card (preferred).

?? Duration:

3-month fixed term contract

with potential for extension based on performance and project needs.
