Location: Isle Of Wight and the South Region

Contract: Full time, Permanent

Responsibilities

As a Site Manager you\xe2\x80\x99ll be supporting the Site team working on projects across the South Region including a \xc2\xa322m Hospital.

Your day to day will include:

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the Project Manager overseeing production on a range of developments

\xc2\xb7 Manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client

\xc2\xb7 Manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site.

Who are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is great for you if you have:

\xc2\xb7 SMSTS and First Aid

\xc2\xb7 Demonstratable experience in new build and refurbishments particular on Health projects

\xc2\xb7 Have good technical understanding of design and quality

\xc2\xb7 Chair supply chain and as needed client meetings as well as report accurately on project/section status in terms of programme, quality, safety and commercially

\xc2\xb7 Must be able to travel within the business unit region particular as the first project they will be working ion will potentially be the Isle of Wight
