Site Manager Externals
Job Description
As the Site Manager you will oversee a Residential contract working on planned works primarily external Refurbishments Roofs, Windows, EWI.
Manage the delivery of a Planned works contract, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Oversee planned works programmes, with a focus on Roof's, windows and doors.
Act as the primary point of contact for the client
Ensure health and safety regulations, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
Conduct site inspections, and client meetings to maintain service levels
Report to senior management on performance, progress.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Site management within construction or social housing.
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000
Travel allowance provided or Vehicle / Fuel card
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
