WPS is looking for a

Site Manager

to join our Planned Works team in

North London

. You'll help deliver high-quality social housing projects-ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, to the highest standards, and aligned with our commitment to sustainability and net zero outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage works and schedules Oversee operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure quality control and health & safety compliance Attend inspections and produce progress reports Lead the delivery of energy-efficient and net zero retrofit works, including insulation, low-carbon technologies, and fabric-first improvements Ensure sustainability standards and environmental targets are met across all project stages

What We're Looking For

SMSTS certification (essential)

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience in social housing and planned maintenance

Proven experience delivering net zero, decarbonisation, or retrofit projects (e.g., PAS 2035, insulation upgrades, low-carbon heating systems)

Strong leadership and communication skills
