Contracts Manager (South) - Passive Fire Protection & Fire Doors
Key roles:
Manage and deliver passive fire protection projects across the south of England, including internal and external passive fire protection and Fire Doors.
Constantly communicate with the operations manager and wider office team to ensure the smooth delivery of works programmes.
Produce periodic reports on project progress.
Consistently maintain excellent client communication based on transparency and honesty.
Lead and develop installation teams on and site managers, striving for the highest level of quality.

Holds relevant qualifications for both passive fire and fire doors
Experienced in contracts and project management, particularly concerning occupied/complex buildings.
Able to manage multiple projects at once.

Key details:
45-55k per Annum

Adaston are an industry leading Passive fire protection firm, specialising in the inspection, remediation and installation of passive fire protection and fire doors as well as consultancy services to a wide range of clients in the public and private sector.
In 2024, following the continued growth of our business we are looking to expand our operations team by hiring a new Contracts manager for the South of England. As a Contracts Manager with Adaston, your primary role will be the ongoing delivery of each project, managing teams on site while continually liaising with Clients and the wider operations and office teams to ensure smooth project progress.
Experience in this sector is essential, Adaston have recently been awarded projects in the south for multiple prestigious clients and so we require candidates who can hit the ground running. To facilitate this, you will have the full support of our operations team and office staff to perform your role and ample opportunities for further training and development will be provided.
