We're on the lookout for experienced
Fire Stopping Site Managers / Technical Compliance Managers
to join our growing team. In this site-based role, you'll be at the forefront of managing
three teams of two Fire Stoppers
, delivering essential fire protection works across a variety of occupied buildings--including
social housing, schools, colleges, universities, offices, and healthcare trusts
.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and oversee
the day-to-day delivery of fire protection works on-site.
Manage materials and supplies
to keep projects running smoothly.
Collaborate with customers
through regular progress meetings.
Conduct inspections
(including some destructive testing) to ensure work meets the highest standards.
Keep projects on track by hitting
programme and commercial targets
while ensuring accurate record-keeping in line with project specs.
What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a
similar fire protection management role
.
SMSTS / SSSTS certification
.
Strong working knowledge of
Microsoft Excel and Outlook
.
A hands-on approach with the
commercial awareness
to see the bigger picture.
The ability to
motivate and manage teams
while ensuring full technical compliance.
