AW Construction Services Ltd are a successful multi-disciplined construction company based in Folkestone who are looking to recruit an experienced and committed site manager to join our expanding team, managing projects in and around the London region.

Most of our projects are Mon - Fri. However, due to the nature of the works, for those that want it, we can consistently offer long shifts, 7 days/week, presenting the opportunity to earn a very good wage,. You must be prepared to work hard, and have a good positive attitude for this to work.

The position could be on a self-employed or PAYE basis, with or without a van, with the package as a whole adjusted accordingly

We are looking for a confident non working site manager that has experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects, managing directly employed workforce, and sub-contractors, ensuring quality assurance and good health and safety standards, are at the heart of all they do.

Applicants must hold a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and hold a full UK driving licence.

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met Ensuring good health and safety standards are maintained and maintaining associated documents Regularly reviewing drawings and scope of works, ensuring what is being built is correct Selecting tools and materials Maintaining quality control procedures Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up Assessing and minimising risk
