Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager, to manage a variety of Roofing and Building Fabric Refurbishment Projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working within a Principal Contracting role, holding specific experience delivering Construction & Roofing projects. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams and subcontractors. Experience in managing fast paced environments, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards in safety, quality and compliance.

Main duties and responsibilities

Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders Ensuring that quality standards are met, and that projects are completed to the highest standard.Planning, managing and coordinating site activities. Ensuring that health and safety standards and requirements are met. Managing procurement and site logistical activities. Managing project budgets. Maintaining and monitoring progress. Providing accurate daily and weekly reports to project management.

Experience and Qualifications

At least 5 years' experience in site management Experience delivering Roofing refurbishment projects Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of CDM Regulations CSCS and SMSTS qualifications 3 day First Aid Excellent PC skills Full driving license Knowledge or Experience with RAAC remediation process (desirable) Single Building Assessment and Cladding remediation experience (desirable)

Pay: 35,250.80-59,879.48 per year
