M Group Water (Network Infrastructure) Limited are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. As a division, we employ circa 3000 people across the UK and we are looking for aspiring people like you, who are keen to build their career within the Water Industry



M Group Water (Network Infrastructure) Limited are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to work on our DV2 collaborative framework primarily in Central and East of Scotland.



DV2 is a major, multi-billion-pound collabrative framework established 2021 for a six-year period (extendable) to manage and deliver capital investment, repair, and maintenance works for water and wastewater infrastructure aiming for efficience, integration and meeting net zero targets.



As the Site Manager you will be part of our Operations Team. Who are responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our wastewater and water infrastructure and civil engineering projects

What will you be doing?



You'll lead and manage site supervision teams across large?value or multi?site project portfolios, ensuring all operational activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with company SHEQ policies. Drive a strong health, safety, and quality culture by conducting site safety audits and ensuring teams carry out their own inspections. Maintain a clear understanding of project commercial performance, efficiency targets, and cost controls, ensuring accurate recording and proactive management of commercial risks, including raising EWNs where required. Coordinate labour planning, material procurement, and delivery schedules in line with the construction programme, while maintaining close communication with project teams to report milestones, risks, and emerging issues. Manage subcontractor packages to ensure adherence to construction programmes and intervene early to address delays. Includes coordinating MEICA works and commissioning activities, overseeing private land access and highway possessions, and managing work fronts in local communities with professionalism and a positive public-facing approach.

What you'll bring


Civil or Engineering degree or similar qualification Management experience within the construction industry UK Driving Licence Appropriate level of IT skills
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence
