Horizon Building Contractors Ltd are seeking an experienced
Site Manager
to oversee the renovation and extension of an existing care home project based in London, with the site located at Marling Court, Hampton.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities from start to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times
Monitor programme, progress, and quality of works
Liaise with clients, consultants, and the project team
Maintain accurate site records and reports
Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment and extension projects
Experience working on live or sensitive environments (care homes or similar preferred)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of health & safety procedures
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certification
UTR Number required
